Despite explicit written instructions, the mechanics screwed up and put a crappy bald tire on my spare instead of a new one. They tried to keep the locking lug nut key. I made an appointment in the morning and had a pleasant experience dropping off my vehicle. I was told by the female adviser my vehicle would be done in an hour/ hour and a half max. So I came back to get experience dropping off my vehicle. I was told by the female adviser my vehicle would be done in an hour/ hour and a half max. So I came back to get my vehicle per the time she told me. She told me it hadn't even gone back yet because their walks in, who choose to sit in the lobby and wait on their vehicle, get priority over people like me who made an appointment. I was then told it would be done at about 12 pm but that she had a meeting with HR that went till then so she'd call me when it was done. My vehicle that was there for a simple oil change was done at 1220 pm. What's the point of making an appointment and waisting your entire morning, if walk ins take priority of your appointment. It was an awful and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning. More

I was told what I needed done at the 15K mark and was quoted a price of $309+tax, which would come out to approximately $331. My bill came to $390.52 due to shop supplies.i feel that that stuff should be quoted a price of $309+tax, which would come out to approximately $331. I have no idea what they use back in the shop and feel that the extra $60 is a total rip off. Seam did reduce my bill to just over $351 when Zia expressed my displeasure with the price. Then he still charged the $390 requiring me to drive all the way back to the dealership to get a refund added back to my debit card. More
