My onstar has been disconnected for several months due to a hardware issue inside the car, and ive called multiple times to get it serviced at the dealership and they all tell me they cant give me a loaner a a hardware issue inside the car, and ive called multiple times to get it serviced at the dealership and they all tell me they cant give me a loaner and that it would take several weeks to get diagnosed and fixed. But in the meantime I won’t have a replacement car. I bought it brand new and this is what I deal with. None of the onstar services are available even the GPS inside the car is not working anymore. When i went there last Friday they said they cant give me any loaners. So how am i supposed to get this fixed? More
