People came and went. No contact with anyone. It wasn't until my wife called and asked me where I was and couldn't believe I was still there. An advisor overheard my conversation and ask if have been helped. I asked why it takes so long to do an oil change. Was asked what vehicle was mine .10 plus minutes later I was told that my paperwork was being completed. As I waited outside I noticed my vehicle parked, which makes me believe it was completed and no one bothered to do their job and finish the process. More
I come in for an oil change. The Tech says I have an oil leak. Funny, no oil on my new driveway. Tech “fixes” leak. I go home … my driveway gets a large oil puddle on it . Had to return my vehicle for leak. Screwed up my daily routine with work not once but twice! I believe that your service center “makes” problems by having inept employees. Shannon is a true bright spot for the department. Without her, I would have given a 1 star review, Not a 3 star. More
