Hello John, I would love to come in and meet with you and personally discuss this matter. Plus there were 2 (two) items I asked you service department about and was told I had to make another appointment ,something about not their department and no loaner vehicles available. But my Check Engine light came on this morning (Thursday) as I left for work. It is currently on and I have a 4 and a half hour drive on Friday and return on Sunday. Feel free to reach out.
