Thank you Mrs. Wilson for taking the time to come back and see us and give us the opportunity to take a look at your wiper blades. Once we inspected the blades upon your arrival we found that the reason they fell off in the rain was because you had taken apart the factory wipers to install aftermarket “inserts” and they were very loose. The factory wiper blade is not designed to be able to be taken apart like that to have aftermarket inserts installed resulting in them being loose and falling out. We offered the option to purchase the factory replacements but you declined. If you have not been able to come up with a solution to this problem we still have the wipers in stock.
