Not friendly at all. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service experience I had during my recent visit for an oil change for my Corvette at Dimmit deale I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service experience I had during my recent visit for an oil change for my Corvette at Dimmit dealership. I requested a ride. I waited approximately 30–40 minutes at the dealership for transportation. When the driver finally arrived, the experience was very unprofessional and confusing. The driver met with Cheyenne, but I was not properly introduced or acknowledged. As a result, the driver and I barely recognized each other, which created unnecessary confusion and discomfort. I expected a more organized and customer-focused process, especially from a dealership of your standard. This situation made me feel overlooked as a customer, and I believe better coordination and communication should be in place for ride arrangements in the future. I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and ensure that proper procedures are followed so that customers are clearly informed and properly assisted when transportation is arranged. Well it took almost weeks to get my car back. I understand it's an old car but I had to call the dealership to find out the status of the repair work.
