When I called for a recall and scheduled an appointment on Monday knowing I lived in Pa and was leaving Fl that Monday afternoon! Now my appt was at 8; when I got there they told me they wouldn't promise i on Monday knowing I lived in Pa and was leaving Fl that Monday afternoon! Now my appt was at 8; when I got there they told me they wouldn't promise it back till 5 or 6 that evening for a 31/2 hour recall! So of course I left! My neighbors in Florida offered to make an appt and take my vehicle back for the recall! Their appt was at 8 also! By 1130 that same day they called me that my call was ready for pickup! Needless to say they also wanted to due 1,100.00 in other repairs! I said no! The day I was there for my appt, someone else left right before me for the same reason! Very poor customer service!! More
