The past two weeks have probably been the worst experience at this dealership. The initial problem was an oil leak. Once they replaced everything they needed even more problems emerged. My check engine light turned on and my AC stopped working. Also on top of that, they forgot to put a part back on my car. I had to deal with that for a week and while driving I found out that none of my gages work. So I had to come back because they had to put the car part back on and fix the other problems. After another long week, the car was not fixed properly and another problem showed up. The gages still do not function right and somehow the initial problem of oil leaks and AC problem led to both my doors to click if opened all the way and shut. The doors hang lower than they should and I will not be wasting anymore money at this dealership. Shannon was my advisor and she was great at communication and did her job the best she could. The mechanics were rude as I saw them get into arguments with other customers and even using profanity. They were even revving other sports cars as they were pulling them into the garage and I do not want my car handled by these mechanics. Shannon did a good job, but that is not enough for me to come back as the mechanics are the issue. More

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service experience I had during my recent visit for an oil change for my Corvette at Dimmit deale I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service experience I had during my recent visit for an oil change for my Corvette at Dimmit dealership. I requested a ride. I waited approximately 30–40 minutes at the dealership for transportation. When the driver finally arrived, the experience was very unprofessional and confusing. The driver met with Cheyenne, but I was not properly introduced or acknowledged. As a result, the driver and I barely recognized each other, which created unnecessary confusion and discomfort. I expected a more organized and customer-focused process, especially from a dealership of your standard. This situation made me feel overlooked as a customer, and I believe better coordination and communication should be in place for ride arrangements in the future. I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and ensure that proper procedures are followed so that customers are clearly informed and properly assisted when transportation is arranged. Well it took almost weeks to get my car back. I understand it's an old car but I had to call the dealership to find out the status of the repair work.
