I took my car in for service on a Thursday. It was diagnosed and I was told they had to investigate the issue further. I was told to expect a callback Friday or Monday at the latest. That didn't hap diagnosed and I was told they had to investigate the issue further. I was told to expect a callback Friday or Monday at the latest. That didn't happen so I called for an update on Wednesday. I spoke to the service writer who apologized and told me he would see what happened and call me back. Again, no callback so I called a few days later. Again, I was told to expect a call back right away and again no one called me. I had poor service at this dealership with my Chevy about 20 years ago and apparently things haven't changed there. I'm done with this dealership for good. More

FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED AT DIMMITT CHEVROLET UPTO AND INCLUDING DRIVING AWAY IN MY NEW 2011 EQUINOX I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS. I WAS GREETED BY DON THOMAS AS I ENTERED THE SHOWROOM. I QUI INCLUDING DRIVING AWAY IN MY NEW 2011 EQUINOX I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS. I WAS GREETED BY DON THOMAS AS I ENTERED THE SHOWROOM. I QUICKLY DISCOVERED THAT DON WAS INFORMATIVE AND ATTENTIVE. AS WE PROGRESS THROUGH THE SALES PROCESS I FOUND DON TO BE MINDFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND GENUINE. DON, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND REALIZED THAT MECHANICAL SERVICE OF MY VEHICLE WOULD TO CRUCIAL TO THE FINAL SALE. LARRY (THE BOSS) TOOK SOME OF HIS VALUABLE TIME TO DISCUSS MY CONCERNS AND REQUIREMENTS AS WELL. HIS SUPPORT OF DON WAS AN ADMIRABLE DEMONSTRATION OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMITMENT. I WANTED THE 2011 EQUINOX MY WAY. I PURCHASED MY EQUINOX FROM DIMMITT CHEVROLET AS WELL AS THE PERFERRED CUSTOMER. I WAS SOLD ON DIMMITT'S COMMITTMENT TO PRODUCT AND SERVICE. Wrong Tag had been transferred to new truck, even after Sales person had been numerous times that the old truck had been in a diffrent name.
