loss of customer Three years ago I would of rated them 5 out of 5. I bought 2 cars from them and was extremely loyal. Upon looking to trade, I didn't feel at home. There was no interest in selling to me nor did they want my business. I finally went another route and went to cancel my warranty and gap insurance. They never greeted me and I waited over an hour, watching other people get pulled to the back. No one asked why I was there or if I needed anything. I'm totally disgusted how they would treat a loyal customer like this. More

Stay away, far away Let me tell you about my experience with these criminals. I went to dimmitt to buy a 2013 SS camaro. I traded in my cadillac cts for it. I still Let me tell you about my experience with these criminals. I went to dimmitt to buy a 2013 SS camaro. I traded in my cadillac cts for it. I still owed money on the cadillac and they gave me nothing for it. In fact they added the amount that I owed on the cadillac on to the price of the camaro. Fine, I agreed to that. So they sell me the Camaro and the salesman tells me that if I'm not happy with the car in 3 days I could return it. I knew that wouldn't happen, I loved the car. What did end up happening was after having the car for 10 days they called me telling me I need to come in to discuss some financial information. When I came in they told me that they were taking the camaro from me and if I left the property they would call the police and report it stolen. They told me they could put me in a 2012 camaro LS with no options (the SS had every option). I told them no, give me back my cadillac and my money, I want out. They said they couldn't give me back my cadillac. They literally stole my car and blackmailed me. They promised me that if I made payments for 6 months they would make everything right and put me back in the SS. I came back 6 months later and apparently the manager who told me he had worked there for 20 years no longer works there and they still couldn't put me in an SS. This dealership is the reason people list politicians, lawyers, and used cars salesman as the worst people on earth. Go to any other dealership. Don't support these thieves. More

Dimmitt's Chris Neumann I recently decided to buy a truck and moving out of my comfortable Cadillac SRX into a truck was a new experience as I've never owned a truck before. I recently decided to buy a truck and moving out of my comfortable Cadillac SRX into a truck was a new experience as I've never owned a truck before. Chris was wonderful! I was sick through the entire process and rather than drag me back and forth into the dealership Chris negotiated the price getting me where I wanted to be with my 2014 Chevy Silverado. That was the easy part, then Chris had to pry (just kidding) my SRX keys from my hand after I signed the financing documents, but, now that I've been driving my new truck for a week, I love it. Chris knew what I wanted and what I needed to be comfortable driving a crew cab and I'm having a blast with it. More
