I previously purchased a Lexus ES 350 from them, and once again, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, direct, and honest about what they could do. I wanted an executive-style vehicle and noticed a GMC Yukon on the lot. I initially planned to stop by, take a quick look, and keep going—but Ms. Shakira Mosley met me at the vehicle before I could leave. After speaking with her, I felt comfortable moving forward with the transaction. The next day, she called and said, “Ms. Clark, what time would you like to pick up your new vehicle?” Needless to say, I purchased the GMC Yukon for Patriot Pointe Village, a tiny-home community serving veterans and seniors. The owner, Mr. Tyrone Davis, has a saying: “Drive what you want.” With both vehicles I have purchased from Direct Auto Exchange, I have done exactly that—driven what I wanted to drive! Thank you, Ms. Mosley, Mr. Davis, and the entire Direct Auto Exchange team for another great buying experience! More

I had to go back to the mechanism twice just to change one sensor because he had to order a 1,000 dollar to do the job.I had to go back again the another for the same thing within two months of purchase. Following this I had made at least five trips to there mechanic that handles issues after purchase. The next time I had to come it was almost the end of September I purchased the vehicle in May of 2019 . 2 days prior I got into my vehicle at Circle K and my vehicle wouldn't start so I lift the hood played with a few things got back in and the car started after about an hour. Ok I immediately called Direct and informed them of situation I was pretty much brushed off and told to call there mechanic and schedule an appointment. Long story short I had to trade in the vehicle I just purchased and get a new vehicle which push my payment to the roof at all 732.00 a month now I'm strongly due to covid it was fine the last two years now I'm being threatened for reposition because I fell behind due to covid.
