Friendly Professionals This was my first visit to Dirito Brothers. I was greeted as soon as I drove in, and was immediately seated with Marina, the professional responsible This was my first visit to Dirito Brothers. I was greeted as soon as I drove in, and was immediately seated with Marina, the professional responsible for ensuring that my recall service was completed. Marina was wonderful. She explained what would be done, and also asked about other needs, or requests I might have. I also like the fact that Dirito Brothers values clients' time. This is exemplified in their policy of minimal waiting time between drop-off and providing transportation to your place of work (within specific limits). If their shuttle is out for more than 35 minutes, Dirito provides alternative transportation for clients. I have never experienced this at another dealership. I don't recall the names of the other employees with whom I interacted, but I do know that this is the best VW dealership I've had in years. I'll definitely be back. More

Quick, Easy, Polite, but. I enjoyed the quick and punctual service I had done recently at Dirito Brothers and our Service person was very polite and arrange the shuttle to take I enjoyed the quick and punctual service I had done recently at Dirito Brothers and our Service person was very polite and arrange the shuttle to take us down town even though I had failed to set it up...but they didn't really cover what was being done on my first service so I can't tell you if what they did was noticeable or not. One thing I did notice is the car was unwashed or vacuumed but I guess that isn't part of the service. I'm "spoiled" by the service appointments from my other cars I guess. But the staff were friendly and efficient so I will go back again. More
