Simple. Easy. Efficient. I woke up early to take my 2018 GTI in for it's 10,000 mile service. I was greeted with warm smiles and felt like I belonged. I was immediately helped I woke up early to take my 2018 GTI in for it's 10,000 mile service. I was greeted with warm smiles and felt like I belonged. I was immediately helped by Thomas who was kind, helpful and upbeat. He checked me in and took care of everything. They finished my car an hour earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. I waited the whole time in their waiting area, which was clean, fresh and a good work environment. Thomas was kind enough to give me discounts, however the bill seemed steep for what little was done; oil change, new filters and tire rotation. My mother only pays half the price for the same routine at Mazda. Nonetheless I plan on coming back for future quality maintenance and repairs. More
