Will not buy from here again was never told that in order for oil change to be under warranty I had to get oil changed every 5000 miles but was told at purchase every 10000 miles and the warranty runs out at for oil change to be under warranty I had to get oil changed every 5000 miles but was told at purchase every 10000 miles and the warranty runs out at 20000 miles but they had it scheduled at 21000 which should of been told up front at purchase and they also run your credit multiple times and it knocks your credit way down even if you tell them to only run it 2 times my credit was ran 6 times at different credit places and banks More

I went to look at one car. With the help of amazing Sales professionals Kevin, Holly and Jerry. They assisted me in finding another AWD car. They had a Mazda CX-30. It was a machine an well equipped. I got my financing from my credit union and picked up my new car today. The picking up the car went super smooth with the help of a finance closer...( so sorry I forget her name....thinking Maria) it was a plesant pleasant experience. Thank you the whole amazing staff that works there. YOU ROCK...thank you. More

This applies to the service department! I called on a Monday to get an appt for an oil change and was told they were booked for the week. I looked online and they had multiple appointments I called on a Monday to get an appt for an oil change and was told they were booked for the week. I looked online and they had multiple appointments for the following day so I made it. Went in for my oil change and asked if I could have my cabin air filter changed as well? Was quoted $45 and I said sure no problem. 1.5hrs at the dealership for an oil change (with an appointment that I was 30min early for) and an air filter change! I go to pay for the air filter and was told the total is now 69 by the same guy who told me 45! The guy beside him said it was due to labor and then proceeded to explain where the filter was located as if I didn’t know because I am a woman I assume. First of all I should have been quoted the correct price and second the air filter is in the glove box and takes 2 seconds to change! I am a repeat buyer from Shelby Nissan, however I would rather go pay a local service company for oil changes, that I get free at the moment, than have people trying to make money elsewhere! On top of dodging appointments because they don’t want to make them! Def not going back for service and may not be a third time buyer with Nissan of Shelby. More
