While in the showroom, a Chrysler 200 on display there caught my eye and I returned a couple of week later to test drive a "200". I was impressed with the vehicle's appearance, handling and price. Zac Walker, the sales consultant, made purchasing the car a pleasant and comfortable experience, and Brian Clark did an efficient job with the paperwork. Worst service I've ever had at a car dealership. In 2007 I purchased a lifetime LOF for my Dodge truck. With no notice from Dodge, I was told yesterday that the cost of oil "has gone up so we can't change oil in a diesel for the previous price". So your contract would no longer be honored and my LOF doubled in price. If Dodge arbitrarily changes the terms of a contract they should never have sold that contract and it is unlikely that I will return to this dealer and I will be sharing this experience with my friends and family.
