I'll never return or recommend your dealership to anyone. When you're told your 9:00 appointment is just to drop off your vehicle xx. If you know I was there,you know what I was there for. They acted like I didn't have an appointment. 1- 2 job but oh,it'll be a few hours before we can get to it. We have some big jobs today. In the end, i got out of there in 2 1/2 hours after a load of crap and then acting like they were doing me a favor 🤣. There's nothing you can say or do to change my opinion of your dealership. More

The service center is super easy to work with from getting the appointment time you want to the communication from your advisor and so on.
