Went in for a standard oil change. Had an appointment at 330, they didnt get my car in til 4. left around 445, even after telling them I was in a rush to get to my sons football game. The service guy came out and showed me my cabin filter needed replaced. I said go ahead. Not once did he tell me that the filter was going to cost me about $85. I would have changed it myself! Then to leave and have whistling in my vents because they left the tag on the filter. I had to come back the next day to get it removed. Of which they were pretty prompt this time. I know this isn't that big of a deal, but when you are on a time crunch and are limited with time, its a huge deal. Thats why i scheduled an appointment. Then to be charged almost just as much for an oil change for a cabin filter, it would have been nice to have know the price before i said yes. More
