I brought my 2013 Ram 1500 in because the Check Engine Light came on. Service was completed on the day I brought it in; however, the light came back on the next day. Luke Arneson, Service Advisor, was apologetic and said that they would ensure a more of a complete examination of the vehicle and track down the issue. He did just that! I was not charged for the second service and any parts needed to correct the issues. More
