Dishman dodge has been my go to for the service and quality of my oil changes, warranty, and fluid changes. Everyone has been nice, the place is clean, and I know I won't get hassled with weird photos quality of my oil changes, warranty, and fluid changes. Took my Trackhawk in for service. Simple oil change. I recently took the Hawk in for about $5000 worth of work on my suspension. I was hearing noise coming from the same location of t Simple oil change. I recently took the Hawk in for about $5000 worth of work on my suspension. I was hearing noise coming from the same location of the $5000 service I just had done. While I did my oil change, I asked the service team to look at this again. They said they couldn't hear or see anything. But instead, told me my other side has a torn boot and leaking grease. Another $2000 service. I asked why this wasn't seen when I spent $5000 to fix the other side. They didn't know but said I need to get it fixed soon. I asked to see the service manager but he was away and wouldn't be back for a while. I am not sure why I keep taking my Jeep Trackhawk to these guys. It's frustrating. I love the dealership and I love Mopar. I don't want to drive up north to Lithia for service, but I am thinking based on the poor service from these guys on my Trackhawk, probably worth the drive. If you have a simple service, probably a place to go. If you have more than an oil change to do, take it somewhere with experience and knowledge. They are lacking considerably. More
