I brought my 03 dodge disel in for service work on the transmission for a clunk that I was hearing they said the fluid needed to be changed i told them i had it changed 6000 miles ago. they still insisted transmission for a clunk that I was hearing they said the fluid needed to be changed i told them i had it changed 6000 miles ago. they still insisted that the fluid needed to be changed. they changed the fluid and said the transmision is fine but you need to hace the A/c fixed. So they fixed the A/c. The transmision was still clunking when I got it back so I brought it to a real transmission shop they heard the clunk when the transmission was shifting got it in and rebuilt the transmission under warranty something dishman couldn't seem to figure out but didn't mind charging me for the fluid change. Back to the A/C that worked great but when i had to use the heater it didn't work. I called set up a appointment brought it in they looked at it and said they don't deal wtih that and told me I needed to take it to another shop and I told them it was working when they changed the A/C so they said they would blow the lines out because i had a blockage they did that It took 2 days and then I got it back they said it was working fine. I got in it got it up to temp. and the heater was blowing cold air so I brought it back in and they scheduled another appointment to look at the heater. I brought it back for them to work on they found out they they had put a part on wrong and I got it back 5days later it had hot air but now the air isn't coming out of the vents but I don't really trust that they can ever get it fixed right I will have to take it somewhere else like the transmision and get it done right. Frustrated customer. More

I went in for an oil change. I got right in, they looked up service records on my truck and let me know what it was due for. I was not happy that the whole process took most of the day. I also was told that everything would be the same as the truck I was looking at, but would be gas and not diesel, and have no moon roof. buying a vehicle, new or used, has never been something I enjoyed. Dealing with a big dealer and the sales person has always been a "necessary evil." Suffice to say, I left there not feeling too good about the experience. From the time I met Rob Croswhite, until I signed the paperwork to buy the Ranger pickup, Rob was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. Ive never had a better buying experience, not even when I bought a car years ago at the dealingship that I worked for! I would recommend Rob to my friends without a doubt. More
