Shawn was great to deal with, he unfortunately he was not there when I went back to the dealership to test drive the Jeep Rubicon that was interested in John was helping us for the most part, the sales manag there when I went back to the dealership to test drive the Jeep Rubicon that was interested in John was helping us for the most part, the sales manager, and then he turned this over to Ali, who seem to be busy with another customer at the time so we made it through finance after waiting about 1 1/2 plus and we went out to where the jeep was parked at that time. Ali asked if we wanted the plates off My other truck I traded in I said yes then came up and handed us the plates and our keys and said thank you and we drove off, so the vehicle was never delivered to me. Nothing was gone over. So a little disappointed, considering that’s the third vehicle I bought from that dealership. I don’t think Ali spent more than about 5 to 10 minutes in total with us. He did apologize for it and explained he had another customer there as well. I should have just waited for Shawn’s next day of work he has always been very helpful and detailed oriented about everything. More
