The employees had always been very friendly! The only down side for me was not having an expectation set as to when my Durango would be completed. I was in a tremendous bind because, when my car went down, I had no transportation to work or to take my daughter to her numerous activities. Sales team lies, stating they will beat or match best price of dodge ram 3500 SLT or pay 500.00 cash. The dealership / salesman were high pressure and unable to match prices with Dave smith dodge..
