I ordered a new Lance 650 and could not be happier with the whole experience from initial ordering/option selection to financing. Shane in Sales was very responsive and accommodating. Richard who performed the walk through at delivery time was top notch as was everyone in the service department. Ricky in Service took the lead in helping load the camper properly and was a joy to work with, as was all of the Service members. Melissa in Parts was very helpful in getting all of the necessary hoses, acc., etc. The Parts department had good prices as well. This was my first experience in ordering a new Lance truck camper and I feel lucky to have found Dodd RV. I tried other dealers closer to my location first and was instantly turned off. I really mean when I say I would wholly recommend checking these guys out, you will not be disappointed, if its a drive from where you are at its still worth it. More
