Excellent customer service!!!! My hubby and I are first time RVers. We had been researching travel trailers and visiting different dealerships in the area, until I came across a YouTube video of Scott Hud time RVers. We had been researching travel trailers and visiting different dealerships in the area, until I came across a YouTube video of Scott Hudgins showing one of Dodd RV’s travel trailers. I decided to message Scott using the comments section in YouTube, and to my surprise, Scott answered within minutes. Needless to say, we were able to setup a day to meet and look at the trailer we were interested in. Scott even gave us bottom line numbers over the phone, not the typical “the price ranges from here to here” or “you’re looking at around [this] amount”. When the day came, he had the trailer all setup for us and he took his time explaining to us the features, buying process, timelines, insurance requirements, and everything in between! We were at no point rushed into anything, Scott gave us our time, and never harassed or followed us around the dealership (which is what would drive us away from other places). After we decided for a trailer and contacted Scott, he did his thing, we completed the financial portion, which I have to say was quick and transparent, and we headed to meet with Pete from service who again, just like Scott, took his time to demonstrate ALL the features in the trailer, had us “hands on” so we could learn what to do, and gave us a final “verbal quiz” to ensure we knew where everything was and how to operate. Pete even gave us his thoughts and tips on operating some features our trailer has which are not in any user’s manual, and talked to us about his personal experience when operating his own RV. We are more than happy with the service, the staff, and of course, our new RV!!! Thanks Dodd RV!!!!!! More
