We chose Dodd RV over other RV dealerships that had the Motorhome we were looking for. The reason we chose Dodd is because they have a great reputation and we formerly lived in Hampton Roads, Virginia and Motorhome we were looking for. The reason we chose Dodd is because they have a great reputation and we formerly lived in Hampton Roads, Virginia and were aware of the dealership. We were told by the sales person that the RV had a few scratches but was overall in good shape. That they had not put up any photos because they had just received it. So we decided since we are in another state to have it inspected by an outside inspector. The first things that were found was that the scratches were through the clearcoat, and upon opening the door the automatic steps did not work. We have 3 small dogs and manual steps on an RV you want over $103,000 for would have been a no go from the beginning. We would have never spent the money on an inspection if we had known that even the basic items did not work. I am disappointed that the basics were not disclosed from the beginning. The salesman said they had not yet preformed their PDI inspection before our inspector did his inspection. We were told that they would fix things that were broken but we had to fill out loan paperwork first. There were many items that did not work properly and I did not trust that they would be fixed. I wish the dealership had been more honest about the shape of the unit before we spend a substantial amount on an inspection. Buyer beware. More

Boat was clean, full tank topped off and all required safety equipment was in the boat. Clean facility and friendly staff. I recommend them if your interested in pontoon boats. Arnold and Shane did a great job helping us find the exact boat we wanted. More
