To tell the story of your Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram dealership properly, we must take a journey back to 1966 in Michigan. Here, our family-owned business was first founded by Ralph Mahalak Sr. and known to locals as Monroe Dodge.
Over the last 50 years, our customer-focused dealership has gradually expanded to as far as Winter Haven, FL, which is where the story of Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven began in 1991.

To contribute to the 97 Country St. Jude Radiothon, our dealership donated the funds collected from test drives and oil changes and put them toward St. Jude’s efforts to find a pediatric cancer cure.
As a result of our team’s goal to serve the community, we were able to provide this renowned hospital with thousands of dollars in donations. We consider this achievement as a testament to the many ways in which we put our community first.

Lacks Essential Customer Service Skills I'm appalled by the level of customer service this dealership lacks specifically Gene Sorrentino, supposedly a Sales Manager. I inquired about a pre-o I'm appalled by the level of customer service this dealership lacks specifically Gene Sorrentino, supposedly a Sales Manager. I inquired about a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler and instead of negotiating a price on my 2016 Toyota Corolla trade in, he low balled a number and refused to substantiate it. Several times he advised that the Carfax shows a "rear-end" collision which it does not and he completely cut me off and said have a good day and disconnected the call. I guess the car of my dreams will have to wait, I refuse to associate my business with an individual like that. More

Being retired from Chrysler, I was very impressed with how much the service people knew about their vehicles. Service department treated me well I recently purchased a used ram 2500. It was an easy no pressure deal. I then had a few issues after taking it on vacation. My fuel filters were up I recently purchased a used ram 2500. It was an easy no pressure deal. I then had a few issues after taking it on vacation. My fuel filters were up for replacement and my front hubs were making a noise. I took my truck in without an appointment. They replaced my front wheel bearings, fuel filters, and light bulb in the cargo area. No charge for any of the work. They even covered the 100.00 dollar deductable. Routine Maintenance and Service Service was needed on vehicle which included regular oil change and checking a warning light which came on in regards to servicing vehicle. Contacted Service was needed on vehicle which included regular oil change and checking a warning light which came on in regards to servicing vehicle. Contacted the service department and spoke with representative and scheduled an appointment. Appointment was immediate and dropped vehicle off and was provided immediate assistance. Service department also handed and took care of recent recall for vehicle in a prompt manner. WOW What a Great Place Recently saw a used vehicle online and went to look at the car. They didn't have that car on their lot, but showed us another one very similar. We fell in love with it, but it was a little above our budget. We talked with Kevin, a wonderful salesperson, and worked out a fair deal for both us and the dealership. We were so pleased with the way we were treated that two weeks later our son wanted to buy a car. He went to their website and saw one he liked and we went to the showroom. Again, we explained what his budget was and the car he was interested in. They worked with us again, got him financing at a very fair interest rate and got his monthly payment within his budget. We are very impressed with everyone at Winter Haven Dodge and would highly recommend them to anyone.
