Over the last 50 years, our customer-focused dealership has gradually expanded to as far as Winter Haven, FL, which is where the story of Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven began in 1991.

As a result of our team’s goal to serve the community, we were able to provide this renowned hospital with thousands of dollars in donations. We consider this achievement as a testament to the many ways in which we put our community first.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, rotation, and a battery check...specifically the battery check as I have had a message pop up for almost a month about my aux switches being disabled due to battery battery check...specifically the battery check as I have had a message pop up for almost a month about my aux switches being disabled due to battery charging. The service advisor told me that was normal and it's a warning to let you know the switches are unavailable because the battery is charging and there were no codes on the diagnostic tool. However, she said they will do a thorough check on my batteries to be sure. This was before noon, I go pick up my vehicle and the paperwork says batteries checked and tested fine. I'm no vehicle expert, but, that just didn't sit right with me considering my car wouldn't start this morning on my way to the dealership. I immediately drove from WH CDJ to another dealership and had my batteries checked...my main battery was 61 cca and my aux battery was also testing very low. Great job Winter Haven CDJ. If I had not gone to another dealership to actually have my batteries checked, your negligence could have caused my three year old to be stranded somewhere in this 95 degree heat. I am a very understanding person and I try my best not to be a burden...I accidentally made my appointment for July, not June in the jeep app and I only left my vehicle there because they said it was not that busy; however, if they couldn't do a 5 minute battery check, clearly they were too busy. Also, there were two codes to speak that were showing when the second dealership ran their diagnostics...even though WH said there were no issues. Stay away from this dealership, unless you like being stuck on the side of the highway in FL. More

Difficult business to negotiate a vehicle purchase. Guaranteed low ball on your trade while asking premium prices. Just yesterday attempted to negotiate a deal on a new 2026 Ram Promaster advertised Guaranteed low ball on your trade while asking premium prices. Just yesterday attempted to negotiate a deal on a new 2026 Ram Promaster advertised at 9k off MSRP. The sale price of course is based on eligibility of incentives I understand. First offer on my trade was 8k less than value and as we were walking out, suddenly it jumped up $6500. Dealer fees, doc fees are ridiculously high. Sales staff was awesome but sales management are atrocious. They attempted to create urgency to buy by refusing a deposit. I went home and did a vehicle search finding what I wanted and immediately was offered over the phone the correct number for my trade for a vehicle that was less money and no crazy add on dealership fees. It’s a shame I just can’t do business with my hometown dealer. Beware and do your homework if you attempt a purchase here. More
