Finally, a positive experience with a car salesman. I recently found myself in need of a vehicle for the first time in many years. After doing a lot of comparative shopping online, i found a vehicle th I recently found myself in need of a vehicle for the first time in many years. After doing a lot of comparative shopping online, i found a vehicle that i was interested in at Dodge of Burnsville. I stopped one evening and was amazed at the inventory in the lot. I entered the dealership building and stood inside for a minute looking at the 2019 vehicles. I saw another man standing looking out at the lot. This many turned toward me and politely asked if he could be of assistance. He introduced himself as Malcom Grady. I initially didnt take him as a car salesman as my previous experiences led me to believe all/most car sales people were desperate, overly aggressive and pushy in their approach to customers. Malcom did not display amy of those attributes at all. Malcom was polite, calm, and approachable. He seemed interested in what i was looking for. As we spoke, i found Malcom clearly understood how to communicate with people, and knew the products he was hired to sell. Malcom understood this was the first "new" vehicle purchase for me in about 20 years. He presented everything in a manner that allowed me to make the decisions on my terms, while i got comfortable with the reality of having a vehicle payment again, the first time in a long time. Malcom went Above and beyond in making sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. We found Malcolm to be respectful and personable, which all seemed to come to him naturally, very much to just be part of his personality. Through all of that, Malcom earned my sale and any future car business we might have. Malcom is now my "car guy". I have already directed a friend, a die hard Ford person (why?), to Malcom. A Nice Place To Bring My Business To I started my vehicle search online. Made a phone call and at that time i was helped by Evan Silver. Very helpful and a easy going person. I told him what i wanted and he took the time to get Adam Saba involved with numbers,, When i did finally get to the dealership , which was because of my work schedule. Evan was in communication with me for a couple months. I got there that day and he had vehicles of which i was interested the two did have different options,, He let me take my time which i did. Adam even took the time to stop by and say hi, Evan introduced me to him and it was like he had know me for a while. I did purchase a new ram there that day . I met Mark Saba and Kramer in financing which went nice in a very timely manner. I had some items put on before i left . A week later i returned to get a block heater installed where i had met Mateo the Service Mangager on duty that day.. Just a great envirorment to be shopping .
