Great experience with my two week purchasing process. On Friday, December 8th I walked into Dodge of Burnsville looking for information about buying a new 2017 Dodge Ram Truck. I wasn't interested in buy On Friday, December 8th I walked into Dodge of Burnsville looking for information about buying a new 2017 Dodge Ram Truck. I wasn't interested in buying that night but wanted information and costs about a new truck with very specific needs; 8 foot bed, largest towing package available, luxury package interior, etc. Mateo took his time with me and walked me through Dodge's option packages and then said he would do some research to see if he could find a 2017 truck in the region with my requirements. The following week Mateo got back to me sharing that a truck with my requirements was available, but located in Alexandria, MN. I came into Dodge of Burnsville again on Friday, December 15th and test drove a Dodge Truck very similar to the one in Alexandria without the 8 foot bed. We went through numbers again and I said that I would make a decision within the week as I was also test driving a Chevy Silverado and a Ford F350 that weekend. After test driving all three manufacturers' trucks, I really like the way the Dodge Ram drove and decided to buy it. Mateo put together final numbers for me and personally drove to Hasting, MN (where this specific truck was now located) and brought it back to Dodge of Burnsville. Mateo knew I was heading out-of-state on Thursday, December 21st and did everything possible to make sure that I could drive my new truck to Iowa. Mateo made the whole experience so much fun and it had a huge impact on my decision to buy Dodge. Great Job Mateo - best truck buying experience of my life!! More
