The truth is If you don’t purchase a Toyota take your car somewhere else in fact Chuck at the service department told me to take it somewhere else. I bought the car in Sept.for my granddaughter . I had it towed from Tulsa to Doenges and then towed from Doenges to Nelson Nissan.in Tulsa.. The service stinks and as a loyal customer I find myself looking somewhere else for future purchases. Too Long ! I have been coming to this dealership for several years for one reason: the $9.95 oil change. It used to always take about 1 1/2 hours no matter when I have been coming to this dealership for several years for one reason: the $9.95 oil change. It used to always take about 1 1/2 hours no matter when I came in. I understood that they increased the number of bays used to change oil. I heard that they doubled the number. It still took about 1 1/2 hours. They opened the Toyota dealership next door, and also offered the $9.95 oil change there. It still took about 1 1/2 hours. I had a new tire go flat that I had purchased there. It was a very slow leak, so when I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours to fix I left. I brought it back a couple of days later, and was told that it would take even longer to fix my tire. I waited. Saturday 12-29-2018 I got up at 5:15 am in order to be at the dealership about 15 minutes before they opened. I live 30 miles away. There were already 4 cars waiting when I got there. We first cars were told that it would take 3 1/2 hours. The people coming later were told it would take 5 hours for their oil change. When I asked what was going on I was told that 7 cars were left the evening before to have the oil changed that day. I wouldn't think that would seem fair to anyone. I don't think they should allow this when it is first come first served each day. I would have written the owner complaining, but I have never gotten a response from him. He always has someone else respond who doesn't even seem to know what I have asked about, and they NEVER has indicated that they are concerned or sorry that I have had a less than great experience. A person needs to decide if the money that they save is worth the time it takes. The other inspections that they do is also very important to me. I am semi retired, so I consider it worth my time no matter how frustrating it is. More

Unequival Service The response and immediate attention to my car problem was taken care of and the Service Department Personal were polite, understanding and kind. My Toyota has an added alarm system from entry or being able to start the car if the alarm is activated. Accidentally the alarm was activated and the alarm locked up the starting system and we had to be towed. I have always found the employees to be polite but this time they went beyond. They even provided transportation for my nurse and me. More
