Worst car buying experience of my life. Negotiated a price on Ram 1500. Told salesman I would be there in 2 hours to buy with cash. Was informed upon arrival that truck had been sold, bu Negotiated a price on Ram 1500. Told salesman I would be there in 2 hours to buy with cash. Was informed upon arrival that truck had been sold, but "we have another one exactly like it, except it's about $1k more because of less generous dealer incentives. Finally agreed to purchase the "exact same" truck, that I discovered after purchasing and while waiting (2.5 hours) for detailing, was in fact, not the same and the options were different. My son, who was with me, convinced me to not cancel the purchase because the available '25 models were becoming scarce. Arrived home with truck only to find the detailers had failed to put the rear floor mat back in the truck. Three months and eight phone calls (with three different employees) later, and I still don't have the floor mat. More
