Robert parr service manager was horrible, rude, disrespectful , and not honest. He said he doesn’t have anyone over him , who can help resolve my son problem with his car that has been making a noise since May.. They supposedly fixed it , but a month later it started making the same noise. He brought the car left it for a couple of days for them to ask him to come up there to ride with them to check the noise out, he immediately went up there for them to tell him the technician went on lunch break, so why ask my son to go up there at that time. My son took his car since they did nothing for 2 days. They also have asked him to bring it on Saturdays but when he tried that they don’t have anyone available to check the car out. It’s a no win situation with them. My son bought that new used car from them but they don’t have no good service department to fix it before his warranty’s expired. Robert Parr service manager asked us, “ Do we think we are better than everyone else?” That to me is so unprofessional the things he said to us. I myself is a nurse and my son is a teacher here. I don’t recommend anyone doing business with that service department as long as Robert parr is there. I wanted to speak to Tony even though he isn’t Robert’s boss. More
As a licensed clinical professional and small business owner myself, I know what it means to operate with integrity and follow through on commitments to the people who trust you. That's exactly what was m owner myself, I know what it means to operate with integrity and follow through on commitments to the people who trust you. That's exactly what was missing when I purchased a 2025 BMW 430i from Doggett Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Beaumont, TX, out of state. The experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected at every turn. As a woman going through what should have been a straightforward, honest transaction, I felt talked down to and taken advantage of, like my concerns simply weren't worth a real response. Within a day of taking possession, I noticed a strange noise. When I called the salesman right away, he told me to just take it to my nearest BMW dealer. Since this was a brand new purchase, I was understandably upset that I already needed to bring it in for repair and possibly pay out of pocket. When I pushed back on that, he brushed me off and told me to "Google the warranty" instead of taking my concern seriously. It turned out the noise was actually undisclosed damage, likely from an improper lift at a body shop before I ever bought the car. A BMW technician even noted the passenger seat had clearly been removed before, meaning someone already knew about this damage prior to my purchase. The Carfax showed a reported accident to the rear of the vehicle, which I verified had been repaired. That accident was unrelated to the damage I found, since the issue I discovered was under the passenger seat and had never been disclosed to me at all. When I tried to get a resolution on all of this, the salesman stopped responding, the sales manager never returned two voicemails, and the finance manager promised follow-up that never came. I was left chasing three different employees for over a week with no accountability, while sitting on a loan for a car that had a hole in the undercarriage and sliced wiring the day I got it. On top of everything, I paid $1,150 out of pocket for shipping to get the car to me, so I'm out that money too. I am now in the process of trying to cancel the loan with my lender, which means I'm stuck driving a car that makes a terrible noise for 30 days and can't even buy another one until the cancellation is fully processed. It's a nightmare. No one should ever have to go through this just to buy a car. We should be able to trust businesses to do the right thing. I've since filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office. Save yourself the emotional distress and look elsewhere for a dealer that actually operates with integrity. More

My truck was taken to the shop because of an engine light. I was told it was a misfire issue. I also had a flicker on the cluster when I used my navigation. I informed the service department and showed light. I was told it was a misfire issue. I also had a flicker on the cluster when I used my navigation. I informed the service department and showed them a video. It went unaddressed. I dropped my truck off on Friday, May 15th and because there was no loaner, I found other means of transportation. I picked my truck up on Saturday, May 16th. Today my engine came back on. I will be bringing it back for a second attempt. More
