Service Department First of all the place was hard for me to find, I was looking for Lone Star Ford, no one bothered to tell me the name had changed, as well as the loca First of all the place was hard for me to find, I was looking for Lone Star Ford, no one bothered to tell me the name had changed, as well as the location. I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, as well as 2 recalls that no one told me about. I advised them to check the tire pressure in each tire. I dropped my truck off at 9:15 am and picked it up at 3:45pm, was advised everything was done. Got home and found out all 4 tires were low, 36 PSI should have been 43 PSI in each, had to take my truck back up there to correct the PSI in each tire. I hope the next time will be much better, I know they are still under construction. More
