Thanks but you just made it very clear that Doggett is not interested to fix this. This reply is generic and confusing - asking me to call services & parts when this is a custom order sales issue? The right resolution should have been for Doggett to make it right by honoring the original, basic transaction which clearly is not going to happen. So, this confirms my decision to not do business with your dealership. This review will remain to warn others so they don't fall victim to this deception.
