Ray is the worst If you get ray as a service advisor be prepared for your car being there for a whole week and nothing getting done to your car. Easy Purchase with 1 Small Issue I found the Ram 2500 I liked through USAA’s service and contacted Doggett through the USAA program. Jackie responded quickly and was easy to work with I found the Ram 2500 I liked through USAA’s service and contacted Doggett through the USAA program. Jackie responded quickly and was easy to work with, both in setting up the test drive and the following day to arrange pick up. I am going to dock one star as I was told by Fernando that there were two keys for the truck (the key tag was marked two), but when picking up the truck there was only one. It’s a minor issue, granted, but since it’s a push button start it’s going to cost around $300 for a new key with programming. More
