Doggett Honda of Beaumont

The sound from the radio stopped working in my 2024 Honda HRV. The radio screen worked and showed music playing, but no sound was coming out. I had an appointment for Friday at 10 am. The lady told me that it would be a $199 fee for them just to look at it. I said fine. I went in on Friday morning, and she told me to leave my car there because they would see it on Monday. I made an another appointment on Monday to make sure it would be seen. Then, I took my car for the weekend because I could use it instead of having to borrow someone's vehicle for the entire weekend. Monday, I dropped it off at 7am. No call, no update Monday. Tuesday morning, I call to see an update. They said my car was next to be seen and I would be hearing from them shortly. 3:30 pm comes, no call, so I call. The lady said my car is next in line. No call from them the rest of Tuesday. The next morning (Wednesday), I went up there in person to see if they had seen my car, and they hadn't, so I took my car back. I went to another Honda dealership, which I had gone to before and had amazing service at, and the same day I brought my car in, they had it diagnosed and knew what was wrong. Also, note they did not make me pay ANY money to be diagnosed. They have already ordered the part and will be in a day. That is efficiency and wonderful service! Do not go to Doggett!!! More

I contacted them 6 times to check the stock for a part with the service center so I can get my recall taken care of at the time of serviced. Brought my car in for maintenance and they tell me they have th with the service center so I can get my recall taken care of at the time of serviced. I tried to prevent this from happening and now I am out of a vehicle for the day. More
