Ref: Tailgate Harness Recall Had a 10AM appointment. I was told it would take 2-3 hrs. Arrived at 3:30 and nothing was done. Was told they will see when a tech. was available. Likely the next day. Yesterdays experience and price of an oil change, and obviously not completely and accurately conducting the multi point inspection. Im taking my business elsewhere.
