I tried to schedule service twice and was unable to reach anyone. Finally reaching someone about 2 weeks later to schedule oil change left my car and they didn't do it. I find it said that 5 years ago I was able to leave a 5 star review. I can’t say the same today I recently took my car in to have a leak inspected i was not told beforehand that there would be a charge star review. I can’t say the same today I recently took my car in to have a leak inspected i was not told beforehand that there would be a charge to look at the seal for the transmission fluid when I just had the transmission fluid replaced in December. I was very disappointed with the customer service. When I called and asked why I was being charged I was told I signed off on a consent form which was never given to me and I stated that. The employee on the phone told me that they would discuss the charges with their manager and proceeded to tell me what they found on the multi point inspection which I was already aware of and wasn't sure if that was something I was being charged for as well and stated as such after my comments the employee stated again that they would talk with their manager quote " because I had not been told there would be a charge" and then the employee hung up on me. I will attempt I was very upset but I tried my best to still be respectful but firm in my communication. So I find it disappointing that the employee got an attitude with me and hung up on me. Needless to say I have ZERO desire to bring my vehicle back to this dealership and I will be letting everyone I know the same thing More
