bad service Alternator and Battery replacement plus labor he charged me for almost $900, i didnt have any choice because i need my car fixed, but i was wondering Alternator and Battery replacement plus labor he charged me for almost $900, i didnt have any choice because i need my car fixed, but i was wondering why my a/c was not working it blows heat, then i went to a private mechanic and found out that there's a wire that was unplug, a wire connected to the alternator and thats the reasons why the A/C was not working. I didnt know if the they did it intentionally or accidentally? So i paid $100 cash to a private person who fixed the problem. And i called and asked the service advisor if he can adjust or reimbursed me the amount that i paid, and he said he can reimbursed if i had a reciept but didnt have a reciept because i paid cash to a private person. And he said to talk to his mgr his name was Don Larsen, and i explained the situations and asking for reimbursement for the cost that i paid for fixing that A/C problem from other mechanic but he refused not to reimbursed because he wants to bring my car back to the shop at that time and troubleshoot again and he said the service will be $120/ hr. And thats pissed me off! More

They said i was approved, but since I wasnt told by the dealership it was approved, the finacial companies recorded it as a declined loan application.. Which dropped my credit score 52 points.. When i contacted Reno Dodge regarding it, the person i spoke with basically said oh well lifes a xxxxx and thats your problem.. Im going to post this on every review site that i can find.. Not to mention contact a few news agencies, especially the one my cousin works for More
