Avoid this dealership, especially Internet Sales Manager Zackary Tanner. I contacted Folsom Lake CDJR ready to make a deal on an aged Wrangler they had advertised with a dealer discount. When I asked to lease it, they suddenly claimed their advertised dealer discount changes depending on whether you purchase or lease, despite that restriction not being disclosed in the advertised pricing. When I pointed out that undisclosed conditions on advertised pricing may violate California dealer advertising laws, including Vehicle Code §11713(a), Zackary's response was: “Oh man, here we go again.” He then told me that complaining to the DMV/FTC “isn’t going to get you far” He later accused me of “mak[ing] up laws to fit [my] agenda.” Completely unprofessional. Instead of answering a simple pricing question and doing his job, Zackary became rude and argumentative. I would not waste my time with an incompetent rep that is unaware of the law and is so set on wanting to rip off prospective clientele.
