Fantastic Resolution Immediately after purchasing a new RAM truck from our local Carson Dodge, (not recommended), I started having mechanical issues with the truck and beg Immediately after purchasing a new RAM truck from our local Carson Dodge, (not recommended), I started having mechanical issues with the truck and began the arduous process of attempting to resolve the problem with multiple attempts at repair which never accomplished anything but new problems and wasted time. Although I must say that Tom in the service department at Carson Dodge was as helpful as any service manager can be, I was not getting any results or resolution from the business team and began the legal process of acquiring a replacement vehicle. Even after Chrysler informed me that their intention was to accomplish this, Carson Dodge balked, stalled, and outright misrepresented what they could and could not do to accommodate and expedite the process. Having purchased a Dodge Ram from Don Weir in 1998 and having nothing but a positive experience before, I returned to them feeling beat down by the system and nearly ready to quit. There I met the best sales and service people I have ever had the privilege of working with. I was introduced to Scott Rogers who immediately began to lay out what my options were and how simply the replacement process could proceed and began to make that happen. In the mean time, we met their salesman Devin Rogers who I consider without a doubt the best sales person Reno Dodge could have offered up to assure that we walked away with the truck we needed and that we were the most satisfied RAM owners possible. He left us with no doubt we were in the right place. What started out as the worst car buying experience of our lives was quickly reversed by the Don Weir team and we would like Scott and Devin to know it was because of them specifically that we will remain loyal RAM owners and most of all Reno Dodge customers from now on. If there's a moral here it would be "Why Go anywhere else when you've already dealt with the best". We love our new RAM. Craig and Laurie Smith More

Liars! Bought a vehicle from them they told me it was equipped with this and that, and can do this or that.. Come to find out it was all a lie! I had spoke with Danny Eastep twice about the vehicle wanting to make sure it was still available and assure myself that it was as advertised. Silver, Quad Cab, Mileage advertised as 2090. He even said he had to check something to make sure and would call me back, he called back and said it was as advertised. Myself and my husband, who is in poor health with lung cancer and is on oxygen, drove to Reno, excited about the truck. We arrived on time about 10:30 AM. Kirby was "helping Danny out" and proceeded to show us the truck we inquired about. NOT!!! White, Crew Cab, with shell and 23700 mileage. BIG difference in what was advertised. I could go on with a very long story but see no reason. Please note we got there about somewhere around 10:30 and finally left at sometime around 5PM. My husbands 3 tanks of oxygen were on empty. But after driving 180 and my husband not having the strength to visit other dealers to shop and compare, we did buy the truck that we were shown, but I will never go back. Kirby was very nice and did his best to occupy our time. But I am still angry about the whole experience. They had no concern that my husband is weak, ill and on oxygen, he actually had to go sit in our trade-in, in the chill just so he could be on the oxygen machine that is powered by the power outlet in the car. I am still angry. for the treatment that we received, but they are just full of smiles that the sold a vehicle. Furthermore, after bringing the truck home and showing it to friends that have a Ram, they suggested that we we have all servicing done by the Dealer in Carson City. More
