To whom it may concern, I had my 2013 Dodge 2500 towed to Dolan Dodge Ram Fiat over 10 months ago to get an estimate for a shot out transfer case. I have been calling consistently over the past six months to Dolan Dodge Ram Fiat over 10 months ago to get an estimate for a shot out transfer case. I have been calling consistently over the past six months trying to get a response from Troy in the service department. When he finally takes my call after multiple try’s a day, he has told me countless times, he will have the estimate to me within a couple of hours. Troy has neglected to produce this estimate despite repeated promises. I do not appreciate and can no longer tolerate the blatant dereliction of customer service that has been constant in my case. I am currently seeking legal advice and getting into contact with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, Nevada Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau, and the Nevada DMV Enforcement Division. More

We are in our mid-70’s, traveling from California to Southern Az . When our truck had enough. We were literally stranded. Got the truck into Dolan Dodge, They gave us a fair trade…..but went waaaaay bey Southern Az . When our truck had enough. We were literally stranded. Got the truck into Dolan Dodge, They gave us a fair trade…..but went waaaaay beyond their duty. We had a commitment that required we get back on the road asap. The salesman, physically moved all the stuff in the camper shell AND the camper shell with solar panels, batteries, and a lot of pipes etc. This was October 1, 2022.
