SERVICE FRAUD I recently brought my Dodge Nitro in for service on the heater, in short they gave me 2 options to fix the problem. 1st option - $328 to back flush th I recently brought my Dodge Nitro in for service on the heater, in short they gave me 2 options to fix the problem. 1st option - $328 to back flush the radiator system, that might fix the problem, but not for sure. 2nd option - $1400 for new heater core that would definitely fix the problem. So I brought my vehicle to PEP BOYS who fixed the problem for free (air bubble in a hose). Bottom line is Reno Dodge was trying to get me to pay $1400 for a service that was NOT needed, plus the roughly $200 I paid for the useless Diagnostic Check. I have bought my last 4 new vehicles from Reno Dodge, which to them, customer service or royalty doesn't mean a thing. There reply on giving me a estimate refund was I didn't have the $1400 worth of work done, so what is the problem. The problem is I should be able to trust them to give me a correct estimate. Excellent purchase experience…AGAIN! Feb 2016 marks my second purchase of a RAM pickup from Reno Dodge - and the entire purchase experience was PERFECT! I was away from the area when I de Feb 2016 marks my second purchase of a RAM pickup from Reno Dodge - and the entire purchase experience was PERFECT! I was away from the area when I decided to purchase a used pickup and logged onto Auto-Trader to find a used truck. The best deal I could find on Auto-Trader for my price range was a NEW 2015 RAM! It was priced thousands below used trucks (that already logged 20-50K miles!). I was shocked! Certainly believing this was going to be a bait-n-switch experience - you know… "ONLY ONE AT THAT PRICE"…. (after all, it had been several years since the purchase of my first RAM from Reno Dodge - and there was a change of management), I wrote to their internet Sales Manager, Victor Milligan. Victor responded with a SIGNED WRITTEN QUOTE via email! I still wasn't convinced however, I responded to Victor via email and made an appointment to preview the truck the following week. I also asked if there were alternatives if the advertised black pickup got sold before I returned to the Reno/Tahoe area. He assured me there were at least 2 more identically priced and equipped (in black - and at least 5 others in other colors)! I arrived in Reno 2 days later, showed up for my appointment and Victor had the NEW BLACK PICKUP cleaned and waiting for a test drive. I shared with him my concerns about getting the proper financing, so he introduced me to the Sales Director and the Finance Director. I met with them for a brief 5 minutes to state my requirements for financing - and they committed to meet my objective to the best of their ability - making it clear there were no guarantees. Their commitment satisfied my inquiry. So, while Victor wrote up the contract (with an even better deal than the advertised price due to the method of calculating rebates and finance charges to provide me with the best discount possible - thank you Brian Costello), Finance worked their magic (Thank you Scott Rogers) and secured a program that exceed my requirements (thank you again Brian Costello). The paperwork was completed (Thank you Eddie Hill) whilst Victor had the truck given another cleaning once over. I walked in the dealership at 6PM. At 7PM, I drove away in a NEW TRUCK, FULL NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY, ROCK BOTTOM PRICE, AWESOME FINANCING…and smiles all around. Thank you Victor Milligan, Brian Costello, Scott Rogers, and Eddie Hill - the Reno Dodge team that made this vehicle purchase experience the best I've ever had in 42 years of car/truck buying! I will continue to be a fan of Reno Dodge - and I will continue to provide excellent recommendations and referrals to this dealership. More

Anniversary gift. I wanted to purchase a new car for my our 36 year anniversary, and wanted it a surprise for my wife! I explained to Victor what my plans were regarding the surprise gift for my wife. the conversation lasted about 10 mins regarding what vehicle I wanted to purchase, and a car I wanted to trade in as well. that afternoon, Victor called and said i had been approved for the loan and trade in. The initial price of the new car; how much I would get for my trade in, and the monthly car payment! The following day, I met Victor, who was busy with another customer, and introduced my to PJ, who would assist me in purchasing the new car. As everyone knows, prices are negotiable, and I was ready to do battle, assuming it would be a back and forth ordeal with price of car and trade in value. once I test drove the car, PJ and I sat down and I was ready to get the best deal possible for the new car and my trade in then originally quoted by Victor. I told PJ what I wanted in price for both, and he took that information to discuss with his boss. To my surprise and within about 5 minutes, PJ and his boss returned and excepted my offer without hesitation, and my monthly car payment by 100 dollars! The next step was signing the paperwork. I thought this would also take a long time. However, it took 15 minutes to complete, and the car was mine! The folks at Reno Dodge were very professional, kind and caring, and the whole experience was HASSLE FREE! I would recommend anyone to go to Reno Dodge to purchase a car, and look forward to visiting them again with future car purchases! More
