Worst Service Department EVER I have a 2014 Dodge 3500 Long Bed that I bought at Reno Dodge in May, but here is the issue. Called and made an appointment which was 2 months out by I have a 2014 Dodge 3500 Long Bed that I bought at Reno Dodge in May, but here is the issue. Called and made an appointment which was 2 months out by the way for numerous recalls on my truck. My appointment was for yesterday 1/11/2016 at 8:30am. I drop it off at 7:45am and they tell me since there are 4 recalls they might need it until today. NP I said. I don't hear anything yesterday all day, so I decided to call this morning at 9:00am to check-up on when it will be completed. The service writer informs me that they haven't had a chance yet to even bring my truck in. SERIOUSLY... Whats the point of an appointment? I bitched at the service writer, then the customer relations manager after leaving a message for the service manager 3 hours previously with no return call. The CR Manager tells me that he will have someone call me right back immediately after he finds out what is going on with my vehicle. A different service manager calls me 10 minutes later and tells me that my truck is going in next, I inform him that I will just come by and pickup my truck and take it to Carson for future services / warranties, because this is the second time they have screwed me over in two months. (Last month they kept my truck for 30 hours to do an oil change and flash the computer????) He responds stating to give him until 3pm today and it will be completed. An hour later I receive a phone call that my vehicle is done and ready to be picked up. ARE YOU KIDDING ME... ALL B.S. you need my truck for 30 hours to do an hour worth of work. I'M DONE... More

New Ram Truck Buying experience I made the mistake of entering my information on the Reno Dodge website to get a price, I was close to visiting the Dealer and pretty much knew what I I made the mistake of entering my information on the Reno Dodge website to get a price, I was close to visiting the Dealer and pretty much knew what I wanted. I had numerous calls texts and emails from Larry, I emailed back and asked him to back off he did for a short time then it started again. I would speak to him on the phone and get a text within an hour stating the same information we just discussed IE: what time and day I was coming in. It seemed like desperation mode. Lesson learned I wont enter my information online again unless I'm ready to go into the dealer that day! When I entered the Dealership, everyone was very friendly. Larry was busy with another customer so he had Bill help me. Bill knew what I wanted and was very professional and entertaining! I did not enjoy the 1.5 hour wait to get into finance or filling out a complete credit application when paying cash! (I was told the law requires it) (OK) The Sales Manager was fair and easy to deal with, he gave me a fair price on my trade! once in finance Jason was very friendly and was training another person to help (much needed due to the wait time!) I was not happy when Jason grilled me to buy the extended warranty and demanded several reasons why I would not purchase it. He acted like I was the only person in history that would not purchase the extended warranty and was quite insane for not doing so! I did ask if the Ram was that poorly built that I in fact needed it? other than that Jason was quite professional. Overall I would recommend this dealer they have a great product! just need a few adjustment to the staff! What a Great Truck! More

After going to another Dodge dealer where I was mostly ignored and the sales staff did not seem to know about what they were selling, Reno Dodge made this an enjoyable experience. The vehicle controls were clearly explained and the truck was ready more quickly than expected, even with a last minute add-on I requested. Coming to a mutually agreeable price was much easier than anticipated. I would definitely recommend Reno Dodge. More
