Ridiculous to work with This dealership was such a pain to work with. In February of 2015 we purchased a 2011 Dodge Durango with only 60000 miles on it. They were excellent when they were trying to sell us the vehicle but then after we bought it would not work with us. First thing, when we bought the vehicle, there were no floor mats, which I agree was my fault. However, a few days later we had to drive in because the back up lights stopped working. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle there was a lot of sand blowing around (we live in the desert) and we noticed that there was cracking paint on the top of the vehicle. When we brought it to them they shuffled us around for weeks about whether they were going to fix it or not. At first, they said yes because there was possible rust underneath it, but then they said no. We had to call the Service number for dodge whom told it us was covered. Then the manager at Dodge denied it being covered and would not do anything for us. The vehicle was sold to us, Carfax stating that there was never an accident. However, the Maaco technician looked at it and told us that there was previous body damage and therefore the rust was coming through the paint. Dodge refused to fix anything. After being shuffled around from Mike Dijanero and Mario the customer relations manager, they finally told us they were not going to do anything. While this was going on, we got an oil change. The technician told us that we were missing the transmission cap and to go back to the dealer because they probably forgot to put it back on. So we went back in and they should have done a flush but just checked the fluid, said it was fine, and replaced the cap. Two days later, the check engine light came on, we brought it in for the fourth time within two months and they checked it and said that the cylinder head had to be replaced. They replaced that but we had to pay 30 dollars for the rental even though it should have been covered. This place will do any and everything to get you in a car but then when anything happens to the pretty much brand new vehicle that you buy, too bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I first walked the lot with Rafi Sanchez who showed me the on hand inventory and previously owned vehicles. I thought about it overnight and decided to take another look. Rafi wasn't working that day but Larry Farrell of sales immediately took care of my needs. He quickly researched the right truck for me and walked me to the lot, allowing me to test drive the truck I wanted. The key for me was that Larry didn't apply hard pressure for the sale. He let the truck sell itself. It was exactly what I needed: the breathing room to fall in love with the truck and absorb the price in my mind. At negotiations, Larry went to bat for me. He made sure that we were getting the right vehicle for me that I could afford. Larry Farrell and Scott Rogers of the finance department of Reno Dodge quickly came up with the contract and paperwork so that I could get into my new truck and drive off happy and beaming with gratitude for the work they had done to accommodate me. In the next couple of days Larry also responded to my needs by working with Mario Coronado and the service department to take care of the extras we had added at signing. Kirk Manning of the service department at Reno Dodge had my back from day one with this truck, always following through with on time service at the highest standards. I couldn't be more pleased with all the employees at Reno Dodge. They made the daunting task of purchasing a new vehicle a true pleasure. I would personally recommend this dealership to everyone interested in purchasing a quality vehicle at an extremely fair price. Purchased 2500 Dodge Heavy Duty I recently purchased a NEW truck and love it! I did not rate the quality as high because of the two things. 1. Once I received the truck before leaving the dealership, I informed the rep who was assisting me with setup of my phone the tire pressure indicated a warning. He told me to just add air to the tire, so I did that and didn't work. So only after three days of owning my new truck it's in shop to get fixed. 2. I was VERY disappointed to find out I just purchased a 60,000 truck and didn't have a FULL tank of gas. I had to drive from the dealership directly to a gas station to fill up my truck. I also then noticed the DEF fluid also wasn't full. The DEF is mandatory to fill and had to purchase more fluid to fill once I also got gas. I was very disappointed to have to fill this after just paying 60,000 for a brand new tuck. Other than that, the experience was great and customer service was exceptional. Since writing this review, Larry has made stepped up and taken care of me and addressed each of the problems. I work in customer service and being on the other side appreciate how they have handled the situation. By taking care of the little things and contacting me directly only proves they are putting in 100% to make sure my experience was satisfactory. Larry is one of the best salesman I have dealt with in a longtime. Thank you, More
