He introduced us to many of the other employees, saw that we were comfortable for the somewhat long wait, provided us with soft drinks, and treated us like close friends, or family ! In April of 2013 I purchased a Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 Turbo Cummins Diesel. This is by far the greatest overall all round truck anyone would want to own. It's performance is outstanding for towing, hauling, fuel mileage and just ordinary driving. When I purchased this vehicle the buying process was butter smooth with no pressure and very friendly sales staff. In May of 2014, I brought my Dodge Ram in for service and while I was waiting decided to go to the show room as I was also in the market for a car. I spoke with the salesman that I purchased my Ram from (Danny Zepeda) and we talked about my desire. He suggested we look at a couple of "Pre-owned- Certified" cars of which I didn't like any of them. Then he explained to me that the dealership had some Dodge Avengers on special and asked if I would want to see one of them. I said sure let's look. So we looked at two of the five that were on special and I selected on of them. Again, the process from there on out was butter smooth and extremely professional. I would suggest Reno Dodge to everyone for that reason. No hassle, very friendly, very professional. I would also like to say that the Service Writer in the shop, Kirk Manning, Is extremely good and very professional, making sure that all of your concerns are addressed to your satisfaction.
