Wonderful No Hassle Experience I had been shopping around for a new Ram 1500 Express Crew Cab. After a few e-mails and phone calls Danny presented a very good offer for the new truck as well as a trade in value for our 2002 Rav 4. I have to be honest that I went in very skeptical...I have had negative experiences buying cars in the past and have always had games played and things change once I got to the dealership. I told Danny my concerns before driving to the dealership and he assured me that nothing would change on my quote. I am very glad I made the drive. He sat my family and I down at a table on the sales floor near some play toys with for my son (most dealerships stuff you in a room and play the back and forth game with the manager). I never once had the back and forth game played and dealt only with Danny until I went to sign the final paperwork. Every single item on the original quote stayed the same! After filling out the credit app they prepared the paperwork. During this time they had the truck detailed and I got a tour of the Service department and met Kirk, who was great! Once the paperwork was printed and ready to go, we worked with Scott on signing the final paperwork. Scott was patient with us as our 2-year-old son was starting to get fussy. There was a very nice gentleman who worked there that kept running and grabbing candy for my son to keep him occupied. I didn't catch his name, but we really appreciated his help. Long story short, we were in and out of there with our new truck in around 2 hours total. Based on my previous experiences with other dealerships I was shocked at the straightforwardness of this purchase. I would highly recommend that you get ahold of Danny at this dealership. If he takes care of all his customers the way he took care of me, you will be a very happy customer. 2 days after the purchase, I took the new truck in to have window tinting, a spray in liner, and tow hitch installed. I worked with Sergio and Kirk. They were great and very knowledgeable about the products. The work was great but I had an issue with the 3rd party window tinting. They are currently working on resolving this right now and I'm confident we will come to a resolution. More
I have bought many cars in my life and have never had such a great experience as I did at Reno Dodge. I am so glad that I ran into Chad Harper out side in the parking lot of all the new vehicles. Chad wa such a great experience as I did at Reno Dodge. I am so glad that I ran into Chad Harper out side in the parking lot of all the new vehicles. Chad was extremely nice and not pushy. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable, instead of uneasy and wanting to leave like other dealerships have done to me. And then there is Mark Murphy, wow what a sweet man! I loved every moment that I spent with Mark! Mark wasn't even part of my deal with the truck, but still kept saying hi and chit chatting with me, and then at the end of the day he helped me with a few things. Thanks for such a good experience! When we came into Reno Dodge we weren't sold on purchasing a Dodge. We where looking for a new family car and the people at Reno Dodge were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our sales man Larry was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns regarding the Dodge Avenger. He wasn't pushy like a lot of sales people can be which we greatly appreciated. We felt very comfortable dealing with him. He was up front about the pricing and we where able to reach a deal that we were very comfortable with and within our price range. We came in with pre-approved financing and John in the finance department was able to secure us and even better deal for financing which was an added plus. We are very happy with our purchase and would defiantly go back to Reno Dodge to purchase another vehicle over other dealerships. More

I was looking for a 3/4 ton diesel truck. I had visited Chevy and Ford and compared their offerings and Ram came out ahead. At Reno Dodge we were helped by Larry Farrell and Eric. Over the course of a couple visits, Eric spent the time with us to show us the trucks and Larry promised he could work out a good deal. We were armed with competitive pricing information and we were able to quickly negotiate a good deal on the truck. No high-pressure tactics here. The finance process with Vinnie was very smooth and easy. We have yet to visit for service but I hope and expect we will enjoy that process as well. We've tried to work with other local dealers in the past and we ended up buying in California. We're glad to be Reno Dodge customers and I love the new truck. More

I already had financing before I arrived at Reno Dodge. The finance team did everything they could to get me to go with a higher price than i originally stated I could afford. They then requested i let them finance me because they could get me a better rate and that would help them meet my needs. I agreed to this and they came back with an interest rate that was 3x higher and a payment that was just unacceptable. It took me getting up to leave for them to do what they had said they would do originally. I was in the dealership for a total of 4 hours for a deal that should have taken no more than an hour or so. Although i did eventually get a good deal on the vehicle I wanted, I would not recommend this dealership for used car purchases. More
The following reasons are the answer to the "why" my review is not favorable. This was my 2nd new vehicle purchase from this dealer. Sales staff did not honor original deal offered as soon as I agreed to the purchase. This practice is what makes consumers wary of "car salesmen", and in this instance is completely justified. Because I was happy with my 1st Ram, I went back for the 2nd one. I would not recommend this dealer to any of my friends nor would I consider any further purchase(s) myself. My truck was given to me in a less than satisfactory condition, ie was not detailed, came with a cracked windshield, paint chips etc. When I reported these matters to the sales staff and service personnel, it was suggested I fix/touch up the paint myself, windshield would be installed when I came to have my side rails installed, but was not done, because the windshield was never ordered and I had already washed and cleaned the truck myself. It is my belief that a brand new vehicle should be presented in the best possible condition to the new owner, defects, dirt and an empty fuel tank don't offer the new owner much to be impressed by. I believe any reasonable person would agree with me on that. All of that was after my original sales offer was made and accepted, but not honored by the dealer. My factory coupon of $500 off was taken by Brian Keifer, not honored and not returned to me. The price Tom Cheers quoted me was not honored for either the purchase on the 2014 nor the deal we agreed to on my 2011 Ram. I believe there should be financial compensation given in my favor for at the VERY LEAST dealer prep charges as this vehicle was quite obviously not prepared in any manner, my $500 coupon, and any other financial arrangements regarding the purchase price that were not honored. I intend to pursue this. I am exceedingly dissatisfied with the whole transaction and all those involved, especially when the first purchase was handled in a much more professional manner, one would expect the same or even better for returning customers. The windshield and paint issues are still not resolved at the date of this writing. More

There was no way I thought a deal could happen for me with my tough circumstances, but, I drove away in the truck of my dreams due to the fantastic support from all the Reno Dodge team.
