Larry Farrell (my salesperson) is an affable professional who worked hard to get us a very, very fair deal. The usual car sales prancing was omitted and we came to a very reasonable bottom line professional who worked hard to get us a very, very fair deal. The Service Department that I have used over the years is better than any other similiar department I have ever encountered again as the usual 'hard sell' is kept to an absolute minimum. I would recommend, and have recommended, Reno Dodge to friends and family. Baring any catastrophes with my current purchase (2013 Dodge 3500 Ram) I WILL shop this dealership again. Finally, double kudos to Larry for making a potentially adversarial situation all in all quite pleasant. More

He didn't pressure me at all and his way of perusading me to not worried about the small increase of payments was remarkable. We even sat down and rearrage my finances so i don't place stress on myself trying to maintain a good payment history. The finance guys were awesome as well. I was very impressed with the entire facility and the associates that work there. Everyone spoke and not one person walk by and didn't ask me did i need anything. If i was to make any recommendation I would probably say have some complementary finger food for customers. Nothing major maybe some donuts but the free coffee was awesome.
