Everyone I met was smiling and friendly from the time I walked in the door till the time I left about 8 hours later. The price I paid was literally the lowest price in the country, and I got a "million mile/99 year" warranty for a very reasonable price additionally. My salesman was Don Slater and I would highly reccomend him as a salesman. He was honest and seemed unusually genuine for a salesman. He had a very low-pressure approach that I appreciated. I truly brlieve he worked to get me the best possible price. Overall I would definitely recomend this dealership as being a good one to buy a car or truck from. We met Don Slater on a trip to Reno(and Reno Dodge) earlier this year and told him we would buy a vehicle from him later in the year when we had a more secure plan. As we said we would, we returned to purchase our first new vehicle from Reno Dodge 8/17/13. I can't remember the gentleman's name who did the final negotiations(which is not uncommon for me)but he handled himself in a professional manner also. We were on the lot for no more than 5 minutes before we went inside to do paperwork. John St. Clair made the process very easy and virtually effortless. Though it took much longer than we would have liked after working all day (a 10 hour day in my husbands case), it was worth it for the price they gave us. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and knowledgable. They went out of their way to help us when it came to the interest rate and making our payments what we needed them to be. I really apprecaited how much they helped us out. My one and only complaint was that when we got the car (and left) we realized that they had put hardly more than half a tank of gas in it. I have never heard of a dealership giving someone a brand new car without filling up the tank. It has been six days and that is still bothering me! If the dealership had still been open when we realized this I probably would have gone back. I just paid how much for a car and they wouldn't fill up the tank? Not cool. Anyway, I guess if that is my only complaint, they didn't do too badly. Thank you Reno Dodge for everything! More
