Me, my husband and son were very pleased with the assistance we received from AJ. He was prompt in coming to our assistance and showing us vehicles that we might be interested in. My husband and I went into Reno Dodge with the specific intent of selling them our Ford pickup and, in turn, purchasing a Dodge pickup from them. Our first question to our saleman was if this was even pos intent of selling them our Ford pickup and, in turn, purchasing a Dodge pickup from them. Our first question to our saleman was if this was even possible. He confirmed it was and assured us we would receive the funds due to us from the sale of our Ford within 7-10 days. With the promise from our salemen, John St. Clair, we continued with our transaction. After waiting a full 7 days for delivery of our brand new, top of the line Dodge, we turned over our Ford to them. Reno Dodge then took an additional 11 days to pay off the Ford loan. Now, Mario Coronado, refuses to pay us the agreed upon amount until he receives the paper title in hand (even though CA has a paperless title making it easier for dealerships to obtain titles such as this). In the meantime, Reno Dodge has my Ford and my money. The General Manager refuses to cooperate and Mario Coronado has repeatedly lied to the Better Business Bureau and to my husband and myself regarding this transaction. Today is March 1st and I still have nothing! More

Took way too much time! Wife and I got there at 3:30 and finally left with the van at 7:00. The sales staff and our Saleman Danny Zepeda were excellent. They took the time to listen to our needs and taylor made a deal for us without any hype, pressure or hassle.
