I just bought a new Dodge Dart. I am very satisfied with the car. After calling Carson Dodge, I learned that Reno Dodge could have taken more money off of the price of by car by rebates. I was SO disappointed, in their lack of customer service, and extended waiting periods. Seniors beware. This dealership will take advantage of seniors and cause a stressful experience. We had a high pressure experience and ended up with a truck we can not use. We were told the 4.7 engine would do the job we needed it to do. As we found out it has a 3.55 rear end and will not pull my trailer of fifth wheel at all. Gas mileage is terrible only about 14 MPG not pulling anything just driving from Dayton to Carson. Also, they will take advantage of people without mechanical knowledge. More
