I just purchased a new Fiat from Fiat of Reno. Ramy who was one of the nicest sales people I have ever dealt with showed me the car in detail and all of its safety features. It showed that I average 38.7 on the whole trip and that was with the AUTOMATIC. NO JOKE!!! BTW the Automatic in the car is outstanding... be sure to try it even if you are set on the stick. I walked in to Reno Dodge and was greeted by a smiling energetic David Calderon (salesman), I asked if I could test drive the Dodge Ram 4x4 standard cab, with the Hemi! Later that afternoon I decided not to drive the Ford or Chevrolet, my money was going to Don Weirs Reno Dodge. I phoned Jason Umphres (also very good salesman) and informed him I would be in at 10:00am the following morning to purchase the truck! I went in at 10:00 and was greeted by Jason and David, this surprised me as I thought David was on his day off. David had come in just to ensure I received my truck, now that is customer service at its finest! I was driving out of the dealer ship at 12:00 o'clock and I was smiling from ear to ear at not only how smooth everything went, but what an amazing truck I just purchased with a sticker price of $23,000 dollars "UNBELIEVABLE"! I have a 2012 Ram 3500 that quit working correctly with 895 miles. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. I contacted Ben, and he made arrangements to have it towed to the dealer. It was delivered Tuesday at 895 miles. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. I contacted Ben, and he made arrangements to have it towed to the dealer. It was delivered Tuesday at closing time. On Wednesday, Ben called and told me what the problem was and had the part ordered. On Thursday, at close of business, the vehicle was repaired but needed the road test. I could not pick it up until Friday, so this worked out fine. The road test was completed and I got my truck back. Ben also made arrangements for a rental vehicle, but I did not use them. Just knowing it was available was great. More

Upon arriving at dealership we were greeted quickly and friendly by Norman wallon, he answered all of our questions and concerns as to what we were looking for my wife's commute car. We left there that afternoon for our old cars to be in the HAN events and when we called the next day to confirm the car we had test drove was still available we came back and Robert and Norman were available and made our buying experience pleasurable,friendly and very professional. We were introduced to the service manager and financer which made the time go by quickly. They both explained all of our options available and made our buying of this car super. We have driven it back home, 230 miles and just love it. The whole process was super and the final cost with the extra warranty is of great value to us as she commutes over 100 miles per day.
