Just purchased a 2012 Ram 3500 diesel dually--moving up from a 2010 Ram 1500 4.7L--and was VERY pleased with the overall experience! Norm and AJ (Sales team) were professional and did a great job of follow from a 2010 Ram 1500 4.7L--and was VERY pleased with the overall experience! Norm and AJ (Sales team) were professional and did a great job of follow-up, answering my questions, and delivering the vehicle. Management (all the way up to Mo, the GM) also treated me very well. All took the time to sit down, show me the "numbers" and we worked through the final negotiations to a "both win" situation. Again, I purchased my last truck from Reno Dodge in 2010 and had a GREAT experience throughout--never had one problem with the vehicle, always treated well by service, friendly staff throughout the organization, etc. Great overall impression of this dealership! We went Reno Do sales was exelent with Warren P. However the service there with John, rude, someting or other, was horrible. After a year of that clown. We went Reno Dodge where we met Ben Owings, this man is a class act. I've never met a man so willing to help and please his clients. I'ts like anyone at his desk is family. A respectfull, honest, professional is truely rare these days. This man has gone over the edge to take care of us and our truck. His work and egger attitude is way way above the bar. We have recommended him to both family and freinds over the last six years, that is the empact he's made on us. Along with helping us maintain our truck to keep it in tip,top shape. He also helped us set up our new warrenty to help protect us in the future. Thank you Ben and Reno Dodge More
When out shopping for a new car. Going to the dodge dealership, was last on list. Not because I didn't want a Dodge. The Charger was the car I wanted from the first time I saw one but thinking the pric dealership, was last on list. Not because I didn't want a Dodge. The Charger was the car I wanted from the first time I saw one but thinking the price was way to high I wasn't considering it. Long story short, I ended up at Don Weir's Dodge. Phil Reyes the salesman helped me find the car I wanted, a pre-owned Dodge Charger. Being a factory backed certified pre-owned Dodge the cars go thought a 125 point inspection. Everything is checked and certified to be as good as factory so I'm told. Their check list even includes waxing the vehicle. I am happy with the service I got when buying the car. Phil was very helpful and then there is Mo ( aka mister movie star :) I'll have to say his alright. The true quality of service is when you go back with or without a problem. That is where you meet Kirk Manning in the service department. He is there to help you and make sure your car is right. I do feel better about buying a pre-owned vehicle with Kirk taking care of it. On his day off I talked to him 3 times, he was making sure my car was taking care of! Thanks Kirk! He explained the extra warranty that I purchase. The lifetime warranty available to purchase on dodge vehicles... Wow that gives me a piece of mind. Plus Kirk knows Dodges, have a question just ask. There is always Art Coleman, he is there to make sure you are taken care of as well. I bought the Charger for the looks, now I drive it for the ride. Love it. Reno Dodge that is how to do Dodge. Thanks Lora Penson More

Went to dealer on May 1st 2012 looking for a used truck to buy. I ended up looking at new trucks instead, while I was doing this I started working with Larry Farrell. While we where looking at trucks he to buy. I ended up looking at new trucks instead, while I was doing this I started working with Larry Farrell. While we where looking at trucks he told me that the new Ram 1500 line would tow just over 10,000 lbs I remember him telling me this because my reply to him was, "that is almost as much as my F250 will tow. Larry neglected to tell me that in order for the truck to tow that kind of weight it had to have 3.92 gears in it and that the truck I was looking at only had 3.55 gears which meant it could only tow 8500 lbs. My mistake was not verifing and or getting it in writing. Once I figured out that I had a truck that would not tow what was stated to me I called the dealer and talked to one of the sales managers by the name of Brian, after I explained to him what had happen he said he would talk to Larry and call me back, he never did. This was right before Memorial day, I gave it about a week and called Brian back, at this time he told me that Larry was denying telling me that the truck would tow just over 10,000 lbs (big surprise there). Brian told me flat out that it was "he said, she said" and that he was not going to replace the gears in the truck, but that he would "make me happy". Over the course of the next two months I called the dealer and talked to Brain trying to get this worked out, every time I talked to Brain he told me that he would call me back, which of course he never did. Brain and I finally come to an agreement that the dealer will install a remote start in my truck free of charge to me. Brian tells me that I need to have the truck there at 8:30 in the morning and that it will take them about 6 hours to do the install (really?). Since I live and hour and half from the dealer this made for a really early start yesterday. I get to the dealer drop the truck off (they did give me a loner car so that was cool) and start trying to find things to do in order to burn some time. I get a call from the guy doing the install around 12:00 and he tells me that he is going to start installing the remote start and that it will take about 45 minutes, the first thought that comes to my mind is "why did I have to drop the truck off so early?" I finally make it back to dealer to pick up my truck and find out that the dealer had an after market remote start installed in it! By this time I am so pissed that I just take the truck and leave, a little while later I decide to call and ask Brain what gives, he informs me that the dealership has been "bending over backwards to make me happy" and then hangs up on me. I would strongly recommend finding a different dealership to buy your dodge from. More
